Taichi is no longer sure about marrying Mariko for the money and decides instead to interview for a job that could help pay his tuition. Desperately needing a Green Card, Mariko tries to stop him from attending the job interview. Being pressured by his father’s worsening health condition, Taichi unleashes his repressed anger at Mariko.
